Well, Earth Day has passed by now, and I just love reading about what people chose to do to be a little more carering about the Earth that day. Some ate vegetarian food for dinner. Some rode their bike to school or work or somewhere else. All of these things make me think about why we don't do things like these more often. How about once a month instead of once a year? That would be much better! So, uhm, the 1st of every month would be Earth Day, and people would eat vegetarian and choose the bike. In the start, I guess, because I've lived long enough on this planet to know, that humans stop carering if they get bored, so after a couple of months with Earth Days, no one would care about it anymore. Huh. I guess it's fine that there's only one Earth Day a year. It's just sad to think about. So here's a muffin recipe!

| Although this isn't my photo of the muffins, they look pretty much the same - enjoy! |
You'll need:
- 100 grams of butter
- 225 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 270 grams of wheat flour
- 1,5 tsp of baking powder
- 150 grams of blue berries
- 100 grams of white chocolate
Mix butter and sugar until it becomes soft. Then whip one egg at a time into the mixture. Add the blue berries and the roughly chopped chocolate and blend it carefully. Come the dough into your muffin tin and bake the muffins in about 30 minutes by 180 degrees celcius.
